I attached a screen shot of the utility showing the settings. I\'ve set Encoder 1 to \"Use: Feedback (1)\" and then Encoder 2 to \"Use: Feedback (2)\"Īll digital inputs (except DIn 4, which is used for E-Stop) are set to no action. Neither motor works in closed loop, but both work in open loop. Neither Feedback 1 or 2 register anything (in open loop or closed loop). While both lights blink on the Motor Control Utility, indicating a good connection between the encoders and the motor controller, only Counter 1 works-Counter 2 stays at -1. Orderable in single channel 150A version (A-version only) Available in 60V and 96V versions. Built-in dual 3-phase high-power drivers for two brushless DC motor at up to 75A. Speed 1 RPM registers a sensible value as I vary the open loop speed USB, RS232, 0-5V Analog, or Pulse (RC radio) command modes. The lights on the RoboteQ Motor Control utility blink on the encoder inputs as the motor spins around. I can verify this much that the encoders are working: However, it doesn\'t work if I put them in closed loop speed control. Roboteq Launches Low-Cost, High Current, Smart Motor Controller for Automated Guided Vehicles Scottsdale, AZ Roboteq, Inc., the leading developer of motor controllers for the mobile robots industry, introduces an intelligent controller capable of directly driving two DC motors up to 120Amps each. The Roboteqs HDC24xx Motor Controller is designed to convert commands received from a RC radio, Analog Joystick, wireless modem, PC (via RS232 or USB) or microcomputer into high voltage and high current output for driving one or two DC motors. I can control my motors in open loop speed mode just fine. Roboteq Brushed DC Motor Controller HDC2460S Single Channel/300A/60V.
